Service intervals: 3months, 6months, annually
CV Inspection/service details
Treadmill Inspection
Walking Belt and Deck - inspect for signs of wear, check tracking and tension and adjust as required. Inspect deck for signs of wear, apply wax if needed.
Drive Motor - check brushes and the drive-belt for signs of wear and adjust as required.
Elevation Motor - check for correct operation.
Heart-Rate Monitor - (if applicable) check for correct operation.
Main Frame - inspect welds for cracks and wear.
Electrics - check all mains supply cables and MCB connectors.
Treadmill Service
Full internal hoover & clean.
Align and tighten deck belt.
Tighten motor drive belt.
Clean & lubricate roller bearings.
Lubricate all moving parts, incline motor etc.
Lubricate walking deck.
